Welcome, friend! These are the terms that apply when you visit IHWL.org or purchase anything from our shop — digital study guides, workbooks, planners, or physical items. By using this site or making a purchase, you're agreeing to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

In Him We Live ("IHWL," "we," "us," "our") is operated by Heidi Mize. You can reach us anytime at hello@ihwl.org.

2. Digital Products

• All digital products (PDF study guides, workbooks, planners, and similar downloadable resources) are sold for personal, individual use only.

• When you purchase a digital product, you're buying a license to use it, not the right to resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce it in whole or in part. This includes not posting the file publicly, sharing it in groups or forums, or distributing it to others, even for free.

• All content, design, and material within our digital products remains the intellectual property of In Him We Live / Heidi Mize.

• Digital products are delivered via instant download or email link immediately after purchase is confirmed. It's your responsibility to check that your download works and to save a copy for your own records.

• Digital products are non-refundable, given the nature of instant digital delivery. If you experience a technical problem with your download (broken link, corrupted file, etc.), contact us at hello@ihwl.org and we'll make it right.

3. Physical Products

• Physical products are subject to availability. We will do our best to fulfill and ship orders promptly, though exact shipping timelines may vary.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly stated at checkout.

• Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• We accept returns or exchanges on physical products that have been unopened withing 7 days of receiving.

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or lost in transit, contact us at hello@ihwl.org within 5 days of delivery with photos (for damage/defects), and we'll arrange a replacement at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider(s). We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our products — including but not limited to text, teaching material, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of In Him We Live / Heidi Mize and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site or its systems.

7. Disclaimer

The teaching, devotional, and study content offered by In Him We Live reflects our own study, interpretation, and understanding of Scripture. It is offered for educational and spiritual encouragement purposes and is not a substitute for your own study, prayer, or guidance from your local church or pastoral leadership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Him We Live and Heidi Mize are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

When you purchase a digital product (study guides, workbooks, planners, etc.):

• Name, email address, and billing information (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your full card details ourselves).

When you purchase a physical product (books, planners, or other printed items):

• Name, email address, billing information, and shipping address (street address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, and country) needed to deliver your order.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Deliver the digital or physical products you purchase

• Process payments and send order confirmations

• Communicate with you about your order (including shipping updates for physical products)

• Send you emails about our free Bible study, new resources, or updates — only if you've opted in

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Systeme.io, our all-in-one platform, which powers our website, email delivery, and checkout process

• Payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to securely handle transactions

• Shipping carriers, if you purchase a physical product, so your order can be delivered to you

• As required by law, or to protect our legal rights
